I have very sad news to report, my friends. In mid-October, my dear husband of 38 years passed away. It was very sudden, but I am glad that he did not suffer.
Some new projects I've been meaning to tell you about are obviously on hold for a while, but do check back soon. Thanks.

Hilda's latest adventure, Indigo Christmas, was released late last year. As Hilda deals with being a newlywed, she must invent new methods of investigation to help her friend Norah. I hope you will enjoy her latest adventure as much as I enjoyed writing about it!

I like to call my books “cheerful mysteries.” For despite all signs to the contrary, I continue to believe the world is a good place and most of her people are trying to do their best. So my books reflect that philosophy and I hope this site does, too.
